Here’s my weekly gratitude list, the things that are making me happy. Short. Simple. Sweet.
I love finding new places to eat and meet that have a healthy philosophy and eclectic feel.
This newly opened cafe did not disappoint.
My husband. For his unwavering support, strength and encouragement. So much love.
An incredible brunch with this gorgeous lady and her beautiful family.
Impulsive mountain climbing (note the very practical footwear!) and sharing one of my favourite places to go for dreaming and scheming.
Signs from the universe. I didn’t really know much about nor pay too much attention to the 11:11 phenomena until I started seeing it daily in the lead up to our wedding and several times a week since. Magic manifested. Intentions are clear. Life is good.
I resigned from my job! Following my heart and my passion I have said yes to a new and exciting opportunity and, as you can see farewelled an incredible team this week. I cannot tell you how much it made me smile to be the Vita in someones mix. Brilliant!
My own personal quest towards good health has been a wonderful journey of self and culinary discovery. The contents of my fridge and pantry has evolved so much over time, I now view food as medicine and embody a nutrient dense, plant-empowered approach to eating and living. I am a proud student of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Big things are coming. Stay tuned.

Sometimes it’s just the simple things in life….x
I’m grateful for the fact that I now have a very good friend who’s newly available to chat Sunday evenings from the other side of the world! x
Wow! Congrats on the new opportunity – can’t wait to hear about it all xxx
It’s unreal that you are doing things that make you happy and taking the lead. LOVE it!
Thanks for the the tip, I will be adding Sweet Bones Company to my list of places to check out. Braddon certainly sounds like the place to eat and drink!
The whole 11.11 phenomenon is a bit odd. Yesterday I was doing some research on the topic, as at 11.10, in both the morning and evening, I saw the clock tick over to 11.11. Both this times I was reading about manifesting and synchrodestiny and having an ‘ah-ha’ moment. Weird!
So fun catching up with you two love birds. Thanks for sharing, lovely. xx
All that Sparkles: Very true indeed xx
Mazz: Skype and phone dates are the next best thing when you can’t see someone face-to-face. I’m also going to be writing some postcards this weekend so very excited to send those off to my gorgeous bestie living in the UK x
Serena: Thank you! Hope you’re year is off to an incredible start xx
Rose: Wow! Sounds like one very big sign from the universe – big things in store for Rose & Stylista Mama! x
